On their site, it says this stage could take “days to weeks”, mind you at this point we’re already 3 weeks over the initial expected delivery time. At 13 weeks, I had an update that my saber had moved from the initial stage to “Hilt assembled, awaiting electronics”. I was then told at that time that the lead time would be 9-16 weeks. At the 10 week mark after no update, I contacted support. At the time of ordering, the lead time was 8-10 weeks. I ordered a saber for just under $500 on July 3rd 2022. However, my whole experience with this company has been atrocious to the point where I feel it’s only fair to other possible future users that this company is not worth it. I try not to complain or harp on companies too often, especially with the world we’re living in today. Trust me!īeating around and bush and avoiding paying customer questions…. Check out the Padawan outpost or anywhere else but here. Disgusting! If, after all of this, you still go for an electrum, godspeed to you. Now they have another board ignoring all old customers. They have now scrapped their so called amazing diatium 3 board abandoning all their past 2 years of pretending in a cash grab. Check Google Maps reviews, and you'll see. It's quite shocking! He will pretend that he always helps, etc., but so many are disgruntled. Every bad comment about Dave and his shady tactics is met with a ban from the forums. They also ban people very quickly for mentioning anything bad about Electrum on Reddit's Sabre forums. After all the hassles of their last core and countless complaints on Reddit, they have not abandoned all their old customers and are now using another crappy core. He even said to keep the saver, which I swear hasn't been switched on since. Trust me, the owner, Dave, popped his ugly head around everywhere, battling me. I resorted to trolling them all over the Web until they paid attention. I eventually claimed a full refund after much arguing and threats. Out of the box, you'll have so much fun, you'll forget yourself. Once you've done this, go to Padawan Outpost UK and buy your sabre for a fraction of the price with Xenopixel Tech. Do some more research and dig into Reddit forums to get a real-world review. I was banned from forums for mentioning anything bad, with a small group of hounds hounding me down each time I mentioned the awful flaws with the software. This all crashed down on me once I pressed the on switch. Once I received the sabre, I was impressed. I was sold by the advertising on their site, and I was new to the Sabres. I made the huge mistake of spending around 600 USD for a new sabre.
